I didn't expect to be here, but your email a few days ago got me very excited. Amazing.

Fantastic. We'll get to Ed in a moment. But yeah, our esteemed co-host, Josh, is on family vacation right now.

So I'm here with our good friend Ed Gray, who you would know from Twitter.

Ed, I feel like you've gone through many different evolutions on Twitter.

But where FPL community knows you best is from Fest, fantasy football fest, where you've put on

a number of successful events in London with our friends Mark Southerns and Gianni Batici.

And I guess you're a Newcastle fan.

What defines you most out of all of those things?

Twitter, Fest or Newcastle?

That's a good question. I think

it's got to be Newcastle. I was born there. I've supported them my whole life. Lots of people would say, but you haven't got a Geordie accent, you know, particularly people from Britain who know accents, and you guys will as well, I'm sure. But I was born there. I've supported them my whole life. So that's got to define me. But in the Twitter, FPL community, it's FEST, really.

I came up with the idea of FEST, got Mark and Janie on board, and it's gone from strength to strength. And now, we'll talk about it later, I'm sure. We're partnered with you guys as well. Yeah, absolutely. But we're going to talk about FEST, NYC, Ed, but I had you on just because you're a great chat,

and I feel like you're a positive personality in the fantasy community.

And I feel like after the last two weeks, they've been rather divisive game weeks in FPL.

Some managers have come up through some people would would say ordinary picks and some people have tried to

be maverick and go their own way and suffered for it. So I feel like now more than ever we need,

uh, your positive perspective. So we're going to talk about the events of game week four. Of course,

there's a very, very quick turnaround to game week five. We have a midweek kickoff Tuesday afternoon. We'll talk about this is, you know, last week it was the Brendan Aronson podcast, Ed.
