Summary

Congress spent weeks negotiating trying to come up with a deal on the next coronavirus relief. At times, both parties seemed to be diametrically opposed. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) is a moderate who says he's very willing to work with both Republicans and the President on anything he believes will help his state and the country. Sen. Manchin joined Rundown host Jessica Rosenthal earlier this week to discuss why Congress is so divided and why they can't seem to get anything done. Sen. Manchin weighed in on a handful of issues including police reform, voter security and China.
