Not the size and scope of last year after the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis,

but the debate over how to change things

appears far from over and at the same time crime has been on the rise adding more

tension to questions about policing. We spoke with Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson who's supporting a change he believes could help

ending the longstanding disparity between crack cocaine and powder cocaine in federal law

which critics say for decades has helped

fuel distrust in law enforcement, especially in black communities.

It's a familiar issue for Governor Hutchinson who's also a former congressman and was head of the Drug Enforcement

Administration under President George W Bush.
