incredible country, living this wild life, and of course taking today off to watch football and

eat and drink myself senseless somewhere on Long Island.

Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life.

I disagree, as I say often on the program, but today is not a day to stave one of

those interventions into my lifestyles. Today is a day to indulge it. Today is a day to indulge yours,

your family, your friends, and everything you hold near and dear. It's a good day to be you.
