Summary

In today’s episode, I share why being named Chairman of the Napoleon Hill Institute is both an honor and a responsibility tied directly to my mission of empowering over a billion people to be happy. I break down the four core values that shape my company culture, gratitude, empathy, accountability, and effective communication, and how consistent practice creates energy people want to work around. We also talk about entrepreneurship as the key to solving global challenges, why happiness means making money to help others and have fun, and the story behind my bold new book on removing toxicity from our lives.
