This is episode 37 of Tarot Bites, the podcast where I dish out short entertaining bite-size lessons on how to retero.

For today's episode, our topic is the four of cups.

So let's begin.

So the four of cups doesn't have a lot of symbols on it, but you get a pretty good idea about the message behind this card just by looking at the figure. So let's start with that guy. You know I always say that you should pay close attention to the body language in the cards and the expressions on the faces.

Many of the faces.

Many of the faces are a little bit neutral,

but in this card, you know,

you could get a pretty solid idea

that this guy isn't looking too excited about things.

So, you know, take a look here.

He's got his arms crossed over his chest.

It's a sign that he's closed off.

This hard chakra isn't open at all. And even the look at a space is more like that.

You know, so that is giving you so many clues. Even if you don't know the interpretations behind these cards, you know, you can

look just at these figures and they can give you again a lot of ideas about what's going on in this card. You'd also

for example if you look at something like the magician you'll notice that his

body language is one of power and again now we take a look at this four cups and it doesn't look like

he's having any of it. He looks, again, very closed off. So you might also notice that there's a hand extending a cup.

So this is a sign of a gift being offered.

But once again, that figure isn't even bothering to notice the hand. In fact he doesn't even seem to be too
