gluttony health and honoring God. In January this year, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

I was 401 pounds. I had ignored God's desire for me to honor him with my health. I had made

strides in very small seasons, but always fell back into old sinful habits. The Lord used this diagnosis to

wake me up. I wasn't so far over the threshold to where I have to take insulin, but change was
