Yo, technology. What is it all about?

SF is the black hole. There's nothing interesting there. Like, I have this data point I've tweeted, but I'll share it with you, that I can't find a single interesting company that was founded after March 14th, 2020 in San Francisco. There's nothing I wish we were in. Not one.

Not one that I wish we had founders.

And I imagine you've seen thousands of companies in the intervening three years.

Well, collectively, a cost of partnership, but I still have behind the scenes and inside the minds of the top people in tech before we get to this week's show.

We ran an episode of our sister podcast, Stories of Our Times, where I was on to talk about

just the total madness that had broken out at Open AI.

And we figured it would be a bit silly to run something other than the biggest story in tech last week.

And frankly, I was completely up to my eyeballs and writing about it, covering it.

All of which is to say, I had meant to put out a little note at the top of that episode,

just explaining that,

you know, we were running that episode last week, but then we'd be back to normal this week.

I didn't do that very clearly.

And anyway, for those who were a bit confused or surprised, my apologies, it would just

been a crazy couple weeks.

But the good news is we're back, back to normal.

And we have a good one this week.
