Today we had Lucy Wark on our founder focus episode, and I think this was a great episode.

I absolutely loved it. I haven't met Lucy before. I know you've spent some time in one of her

programs through Fuzzy, but I absolutely enjoyed this chat. And what stood out for me was the way Lucy sees the world

and approaches things and we discussed during the chat her mental models in some of the ways that she approaches her own growth journey.

Lucy has multiple companies that we discussed through the episode, Fuzzy being one. Fuzzy's a

career skill development platform that does a range of things including a negotiation course, which

that's how I first meant Lucy going through that course. I love the way she described how she

launched that. I heard the method for launching is itself a good lesson for founders in there.

Yeah. And Lucy's a co-founder of Normal, which is an up-and-coming sexual wellness brand.

In the episode, we don't do a very good job of introing the different businesses.

And then I randomly start talking about the sexual revolution and all sorts of things that make me sound like a tremendous creep.

So it's just important to understand that at the 20 minute mark,

when we do give Lucy the opportunity to explain what normal is,

it wasn't just a random thing on my behalf.

It was a really interesting conversation.

And especially some of the highlights around the role of social media.

I really enjoyed that conversation.

And then we talked about grapevine, an initiative that Lucy's been part of,

why it's required, what the goal is, and the different support the ecosystem is hopefully providing.

Yeah, another important topic.

And the outcome of this was we have to get Lucy on again.

That was a fantastic conversation.
