For the final Found Sound of 2024, we have created a special episode for you. Alice travelled to Somerset to meet our very own Lia Leendertz, Almanac-maker and presenter of As the Season Turns. They visited Stanton Drew Stone Circles, to the south of Bristol, where they talked about stone circle myths, marking the seasons and fresh starts. And where are we right now?

We're at Stanton Drew's Stone Circle, which is a very big stone circle.

And it's, I think, my closest stone circle to where I live in North Bristol.

So I've actually visited here lots of times through my life.

And so it feels quite nice and familiar to me.

And we just thought it would be a really nice spot to come and record.

It's very kind of peaceful because there's not any major roads too nearby.

We've got this lovely kind of, we're in a kind of bowl of hills.
