If you haven't spent the time to kind of plumb the depths of your heart, like, that's the other thing.

Like, you were trying, you were asking him a heart question. He kept giving you head answers.

Yeah.

And that's where the disconnect was. He kept going, but no, no, no. And he wasn't engaging with that part of him.

And I think that's, that's hard for a lot of people. And for me, like, there's a reason I go to counseling. There's a reason I talk to wise people. There's, you know, I guarantee you have someone that asks you questions like that. Like, because one of the consistencies to people that are high performing that fall is that they can't be told the truth. Like, one of the things I say is leaders who can't be questioned end up doing questionable things. Like, if you show me a

business that underperformed, you show me a church that imploded, I'll show you a leader who is isolated

and couldn't be told the truth. And so we need people like that to go, but why? Like, and if there's a

great why, let's talk about it. Yeah, yeah. Or what's the motivation or when will you know it worked? How are you going to celebrate this?

How are your team celebrate it?

Because a lot of times a leader like that passes down that go, go, go to their team and

the team never gets to celebrate it.

Or they go, hey, we hit our goal of 50 million.

And that's not a culture that's sustainable either. Yeah, it's an interesting thing.

And even for me, like, I still have a tough time celebrating. Like, oh, we had a great month.
