there were 400,000 flags that were planted on the mall in Washington, D.C., in commemoration

of the 400,000 people that we have lost to COVID. This was one of those commemorative flags,

People were able to take them, and this is a way for all of us to remember something important.

I also want to share why I personally like Congressman Kana so much, in addition to the fact that he is someone whose progressive politics, his values, his wonderful

performance as a congressman on the political stage is of great value, something that I respect and admire so much.

In addition to that, when I myself was running for president, he was always so kind and so respectful.

Not everybody was, Some people definitely were,

but there was no doubt. Whenever I saw Congressman Kana, who himself was a co-chair of the Bernie

Sanders presidential campaign in 2020, his attitude, his genuine, open-hearted respect that he would

show was something that was deeply meaningful

and appreciated by me when I was running for president, and I deeply appreciate it now.
