This is the baseball tonight podcast for Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, and today will be better

than yesterday.

But yesterday was a great day for the Atlanta Braves, producing this podcast to Taylor

Schwink, the Reverend from his home studio in the foothills of Connecticut.

I'm Buster only working sort of a baggage claim version of the end of the World Series

Taylor, because I'm in the Houston Airport, you're going to hear calls in the background.

I'm not really going to hear them because I'm still overwhelmed by the sound from last

night's game, the lack of sleep overnight, and a lot of text messages from my 17 year

old son Jake, who is a huge Braves fan.

Okay, let's work through a couple of these things here.

So how is Jake doing, you know, with, you know, seeing his team win a championship, what

an amazing moment for him?

Yeah, and he's a really loyal fan and his favorite teams are not, you know, that he didn't

go on the bandwagon, are the Tennessee Titans, the Charlotte Hornets, and the Atlanta Braves.

And so I was texting back and forth to them last night, and he was talking about how cool

it was to see them win.

And I asked him if he was getting emotional, and he goes a little, which means he probably

was a lot.

So that was really cool.

Very nice. Well, Buster, hopefully you can kept some sleep today.

The off season has officially begun.
