Crout Rock is a widely accepted genre of music.

It's a real thing.

It's a real thing, like the band Can or Noi.

A lot of, they use what Alex Williams often loves to refer to as motoric beats, very repetitive and kind of trancy.

Really, really great stuff.

Yeah, they encounter what I would call similar to semantic satiation, a kind of rhythmic satiation, where you start

to get lost in the beat. We're not talking about Crout Rock today. We are talking about sauerkraut,

but perhaps not in the way you imagine this is one in our continuing conversation with Suf John Stevens.
