The difference between types of callers we have on 911 can be quite varying.

At times, you'll have someone who apologizes because they believe they're bothering you, calling for an ambulance because they're having chest pain.

They're completely calm and think that somehow we are being inconvenienced by them calling when they could be on death's doorstep.

Other callers will scream and you can't tell what's even going on.

In times past that, you can't even get the caller to respond because of what's going

on around them.

And further on, sometimes you'll get a caller who starts out one way on a call, saying

something is horribly wrong, possibly a domestic situation.

Then by the end of the call, they're saying everything is fine and they don't even want police there.

There's no rhyme or reason that it happens this way.
