Summary
I have always wanted to find something I could do to help a large number of people. Being a Realtor didn’t do that, nor did being an appraiser…but this does! I represent a company called Renatus that is a national company that forms local communities of investors and students as support systems for their members. It is the best concept in real estate that I’ve ever seen and it is changing lots of lives.
I call it the best kept secret in real estate because we don’t advertise in traditional ways, yet we are a 13 year-old company with well over 10,000 affiliates in all 50 states. We are a fine mix of New School and Old School. New school because we use new technologies, but we are Old School because we don’t pressure people to buy our educational courses. No credit card operators at the back of the room. We are encouraged to have at least three touches with people prior to enrollment. That takes time.
We don’t advertise in the traditional sense. We pay our affiliates to do our advertising for us. Everything we do is word-of-mouth. Personal references by trusted sources…the best kind of advertising there is! They will tell everyone they know about this Real Estate agent who showed them things they had never heard of before.
If you would like more information about this, go to www.dougleedy.com. And if you really want to see the vision of this company and why I am so impressed with it check out https://renatus.video/lv7te5gabm. You’ve never seen anything like this.”
