sorts of useful insights, whether you are a fan, whether you are a media person like myself,

when it comes to figuring out how front offices work because not only do you get input from

Joe Banner, you get input from Mike Tannenbaum as well. We know what his NFL experience is like,

and they pull on a variety of different sources that can just help us learn more about the league.

So great for us to have Joe Banner on with everything that's happening with the Brian Flores lawsuit

against the NFL. If you're listening to the next Pat's podcast by now, you already know what that

lawsuit is about. Brian Flores saying he is trying to affect real change in terms of how the NFL

is going about its hiring practices, head coaches, general managers. I've heard him say

as well that he hopes this will make an impact even across industries and across sports.

And to me, very powerful what Brian Flores is doing because at 40 years old, he understands what

this might mean for his NFL career, that if he is suing the

NFL, which he is doing, which he is pursuing right now, the NFL is not likely to be hiring him

anytime soon to be a head coach once again, even though he's proven himself to be a more than

capable head coach given the situation that was happening down in

Miami. So this is a powerful statement. This is a powerful decision on Brian Flores' part. And I think

it's great for us to get a little bit of insight from somebody who has gone through the hiring
