I remember when I bought my first Air at B&B in Arizona, the first month I owned it, the AC broke.

It was just done, toast. And I was so mad. I was so anxious about it that I felt like I was having a heart attack,

like I had a proper panic attack, and I've only had like two of those in my life.

And I'm at the on the beach in Maui with my family, my grandparents took us on a family trip and I'm having a panic attack about this.

And I look back at it now and I'm like,

Finacy broke today, which has happened to clients' houses.

Just figure it out.

You call the AC company, they get it done within the day.

Get the guest little refund, they're happening.

Yeah, yeah.

Now you do like, I do like, I've got like full on, like quarterly inspections,

I make sure that doesn't happen, but when stuff like that happens now, like years ago,

that would have made me panic and really

stress me out but I've gotten a lot more blunt to these kind of issues like if a

guest claims I did something or they're going to they're threatening me I'm just

like all right I've heard it all at this point.
