So a substitute teacher is being accused of giving three elementary school students weed gummies during an after-school program to celebrate one of their birthdays.

But I have some questions because this woman was never arrested and their family is filing a civil lawsuit.

So don't you feel like if this was true and proven, she would face criminal charges?

I think that I do believe that it definitely... was true and proven she would face criminal charges.

I think that I do believe that it definitely happened because they picked the children up from school and brought them to the hospital.

Meaning they consume gummies, but I'm saying as far as the teacher giving them to them

deliberately as they're trying to accuse her of.

I mean, it is possible that after investigation, because she said she wanted to give the kids

gommies to celebrate one of their birthdays, right?

Yeah.

I don't think that that would be unusual.
