I'm thrilled to be with you, a bunch of stuff out there to talk about.

But we're going to talk a little bit about some scams that are going on here in Indianapolis.

One of them, a really well-developed, very convincing,

but definitely not real, Indiana traffic scam and toll violation tech scam that sends you

documents, things that look very much to be from the organizations that would tell you, you did

something and you owe some money,

but absolutely not real.

We're going to bring in the former FBI special agent here in Indianapolis,

who's appeared on WIBC before, Doug Coons, to give us more information about this.

Okay, so tell me a little bit about what I think is a very big, you know, AI component to how convincing these things look. But give me the basics of the traffic scam, the toll violation scams that people in Indianapolis and in Indiana have been getting.

Yeah, these have been very prevalent lately.

I've gotten them myself.

They look very real.

They're not asking for a lot of money.

And I think the purpose of that is it makes people think, oh, this isn't that much.

I don't think this is right, but I'm just going to pay it just to make sure it looks

like it's coming from an official source, the state of Indiana or a toll, you know, a third-party

toll organization.
