all the time is how the entire system of governance is broken.

Yes, there are individual bad actors, and we're going to talk about one alleged bad actor

here in just a moment, but the system itself in how we govern ourselves

in the state of Indiana is completely broken. And the system as is currently created and in place

allows people to pull the sort of shenanigans that this person allegedly pulled over a very long period of time.

The system itself should be catching these people.

It should not take a decade.

It should not take years of bad behavior.
