Chris Groshong was born and raised in the East Bay Area of Northern California. He watched the internet blossom around him in that area was near Silicon Valley. He loved the diversity of his community growing up. He was a minority where he grew up. He graduated from high school, attended the local community college in Hayward and then attended University of California, Davis. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Genetics. Chris has worked for clients as a Blockchain Supply Chain Project Manager and was brought in to advise from a technical perspective on the development of the project. He has been responsible for developing and maintaining relations with technical development partners, as it relates to the supply chain, UX/UI, and other relevant matters regarding the project ecosystem. He has also leveraged his network to introduce vetted projects to the industry. He has overseen management of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness while bringing focus to the brand identity so it resonates with identifiable target markets.

Chris has moderated and spoken at several US crypto and blockchain events, as well as at specific industry events which could benefit from the technology.

He is a proponent of and helped shape the Uniform Law Commission’s Virtual-Currency Businesses Act. He sponsored the formation of the Consumers’ Research guiding principles for “Protecting Consumers in the Digital Age”.

Most recently Chris became a Certified Fraud Investigator, providing expert witness testimony.

He holds several Advisory and Board positions for software and tech companies in the space. “
