is because I'm about mastery. And please be clear, mastery is not

about perfectionism. Perfectionism is about fear. Mastery is about brilliance and genius and capacity

that you and I both have. And mastery takes practice, mastery takes time, mastery takes devotion, and mastery takes

repetition. So I've noticed this throughout my, I'll say like my being a mentee, you know, from therapists to coaches

to healers to consultants, I don't tend to flit around very quickly. I definitely do not have

bright, shiny syndrome, right shiny object syndrome

in that department. When I find a mentor that I can learn from and grow with and grow as a result of the depth of relationship, experience, greater knowledge in the body of

work. I stay and I go back for more and I go back for more and I go back for more. And I think this is one of the things that's given me a really solid foundation in my personal

life, in my professional life, in my spiritual life, because of the discernment I use when I
