spouse, maybe a family member, maybe a coworker.

I mean really forgive, like to forgive quickly, to forgive deeply, you know, this is so important for friendship, for community,

especially for marriage and family life.

You know, so many of us may struggle because when we're hurt,

you know, we get a little defensive, we get angry,

we're frustrated, and we also become afraid of the other person so we start to build

up walls you know walls of division walls to protect ourselves maybe walls of

resentment and maybe we start to hold grudges but that's not what Jesus did. And Jesus is calling us to take on his

heart which is full of mercy and compassion and understanding. The Bible tells us

that God is kind and merciful, slow to anger.

Ask yourself, are you slow to anger?

Are you slow to anger when your spouse frustrates you?

When one of your kids doesn't come when you ask them to come,
