Welcome to the first Feminid podcast of 2026. This is Nancy Wilson. Thanks for joining me today. Back before

0:13.8

Christmas, I had a request to do a podcast on forgiveness. So we're going to start the new year with this always relevant topic of forgiving

others. We have plenty of examples in both the Old and New Testaments of forgiving others.

0:28.8

Consider for just one example, Joseph, forgiving his brothers of kidnapping him and selling

the person who sinned against you has not sought your forgiveness.

1:46.4

So how can you forgive him?

1:48.8

Well, it is true that forgiveness is a transaction.

1:51.9

We extend forgiveness and the one who sinned against us must receive it for it to be a completed transaction.

1:59.4

But we don't have to worry about that. We can't wait.

2:02.5

We must forgive in our hearts those who have wronged us. Then if they ever do come seeking our
