You'll be a better parent and you'll be a better person and have more peace in your life.

It's time to go within,

quiet your mind,

and open your heart.

And as you breathe connect with all of the love it's deep within you.

It's time to allow that love to permeate your entire being and do its healing work at this time.

You have a choice.

You can carry any negativity and bitterness with you to the grave, or you can decide right now to let

it go and replace it with happiness and love.

What would it be like for you to eliminate any negative feelings about your parents?

Visualize what that would feel like, if you could.

You may not be ready now, but if you could,

what would that be like for you? If you're feeling resentment, what would it be like to be free of that resentment and any feelings of being a victim in any way? These affirmations will help you on your journey.

I am ready to now simply forgive and allow any resentment to release

from me past, present, and future.

I release the need for struggle and suffering.

I deserve to have a good life. I have compassion for my parents' childhoods. I know that they were in my life and that in some ways they were perfect for what I ultimately

wanted to learn. I forgive them and their parents before them.

I forgive all limiting generational beliefs that have been keeping me in any way for my fullest potential.

I set myself free. When I get stuck I'm able to see my parents as very young children in need of love and compassion as much as I've been.
