Listen, I'm so excited your back man.

Last week was on point.

Man, you know what so funny is?

I am, I do prayer calls like every Monday through Friday at 8 a.m. on all my social

pages.

And I believe that one of the reasons why I'm able to bounce back, I'm able to walk

through hell and come out on fire is because I spend a lot of time pulling others with me

out of wherever I've been, right?

And I did it because I have become very, very, very, very good at forgiving.

Yes, you heard me.

I used to be one of those people that was so salty, I would hold grudges, I would pray

for my ex to get killed with the trains, I've a new train killed him, you know, best healing

line in America and couldn't bring him back.

So I was just like one of those better betties, like petty crocker type of women.

And I just realized like I look so old, like I look back at pictures now, I'm 50 years

old now.

I look 50 when I was 35 because I was just holding on to stuff and I would never forgive.

And so today we're going to talk about that.

We're going to talk about how did I get so good at forgiving?

What does that even look like?
