And today's episode of Forging Pillars is going to be a little breakdown as to how to think about your seven pillars.

But let's take a moment and just think about how to execute our seven pillars.

So pillar number seven is consistency.

And you hear me often on the podcast talking about how you're forging that one every single day.

So you can execute on pillars one through six, which would be community,

nutrition, training, recovery, mobility, and mindfulness. So you could do those six pillars

and focus on that. But if you're not doing it every day, are you really doing them at all?

saying one day to just fuck off, you're doing them, but that's a huge blind spot. That's a huge

gap in your discipline and in your execution. So you understand how important that seventh

seventh one is you executing every single day and setting yourself up for success. Now, in your life,

you're going to have times when you can't execute the way you like to or you're going on a trip and you'll show

up to the podcast and be like, well, how am I going to, you know, follow through my seven pillars?

I might not have access to the same types of things.

You know, whatever it might be.

Bottom line, you need to think of your seven pillars as your foundation for life.
