Well I've mentioned you before I was a youth pastor a year ago down in Texas and every summer

we would take our high school and middle school students on a bus trip up to Colorado for camp

and it took like nine hours which if you've never been on a bus loaded fill with middle school and

high school students it can get pretty rowdy and smelly and so over time I developed a strategy

to control the chaos. I would begin the trip later at night and so we would load the kids on the

bus maybe six seven p.m. right and then we would drive for maybe an hour and then stop. So we're

on our way to Colorado much of the trips ahead of us but we would stop out of McDonald's and I would

just load them up with just greasy heavy food that just saps your strengths with these hamburgers

and french fries and so when they got back in they're like oh so much of my energies to digestion

exactly and right when I got them in that weakened state we would drop the TVs on the bus and

this was before Lord of the Rings came out so I didn't have the extended edition 12 hours Lord of

the Rings movies so I would use what I had available to me there was a TV series Jesus of Nazareth

which was like six hours or there was the movie Ben Hur starring Charles and Heston and I would

put on those and then crank up the volume so they're sort of interested can't really talk to each

other and so they either engaged or slipped into unconsciousness either way I went and then they'd

wake up in the mountains and we'd have a wonderful camp but inevitably every year there was always

like one kid that would stay awake through all of Ben Hur which was fine to win for me never seen

it's a it's a it's a story of a relationship with Jesus this guy Ben Hur and every year a kid

would come out to me as well unloading the bus and you could tell they'd been touched their life had
