You put the game on you put it on the screen we watch we stop we look at things that happen and you notice things that oh with the tension of the moment i didn't notice that or the comp videos going around didn't highlight that and i think it gives you an ability to really contextualize the game not just the positives by the way also the negatives the things you didn't like and it's it's always helpful i try to rewatch games just because i'm a nervous person i don't know if you know know that about me. When I watch the game, the emotion of the moment can get to be a bit much. So it's a great way to get through that.
