President Biden's handling of the border crisis has been one of the many crises that have caused a significant drop in his approval numbers basically back since July.

And it looks like it could end up costing some Democrats' Texas House seats in 2022.

Carl Rove, Fox News contributor and former Deputy Chief of Staff to President George W. Bush,

joins me now with his analysis for the untold story.

Carl, great to have you with us today.

You bet. Thanks for having me.

So, Carl, you know, we talk a lot about 2022 and how it looks and how narrow the margin is.

Give us sort of a broad picture at how many seats Democrats would have to lose and Republicans would

have to win in order to have a majority in the House come 2022.

Well, today it would be three seats, but there are two vacant Democratic seats that are going to be

probably in all probability by Democrats in a special election. So it'll be five seats.

Now, what does that mean? Five seats out of 435. What it means is the Democrats have a very

narrow margin and in all likelihood

will lose control of the House of Representatives. Since 1818 and the emergence of what we call

the second party system, there have been only two first-term midterms in which the White House
