Obviously a lot going on in the EV space is always this week. I think one one of the biggest headlines that caught my eye was a story you wrote about Redwood materials partnering with with Altium. What exactly is going on there?

Yeah, so Altium cells which makes EV battery cells and it's a joint venture of

General Motors and LG Energy Solution.

They have become a customer of Redwood,

the battery recycling company.

And they're going to be sending all of their battery
