No, where is good to be back then? Yeah like I loved it last time having a chat about the game and

there's plenty going on in the world of rugby at the minute so be good to get stuck

into that. Yeah we can have a good yarn. Firstly mate just quickly how are you doing obviously didn't tour just

getting your body right I'm assuming that you're all good on on schedule to make

sure that you're good to come the start of the year. Yeah look it has been

good I've obviously been carrying this niggle of an injury now for a while

mate and you know it was the right thing to do and a good opportunity for me to

to try and really get this right now you know hopefully going into this next period of my career it was obviously tough

to not make the tour because you know you you love playing for England and you don't

want to ever turn that opportunity down but sometimes you need to make tough decisions for the best thing, bigger picture-wise,

and hopefully this gives me an opportunity to do that.
