We're talking to the one with her hands full, with lots of littles, or maybe even older kids.

And we're talking about what it looks like to unburden ourselves from that feeling that we all know,

which is feeling like we got a hold of all together.

And we have an expert, a fun guest.

And so I'm so excited for you to meet Becky today.

Before we start, sweet friend, would you be able to tell our listeners a little bit more about who you are, what you do? And then at the end, I want to hear something that you're loving in your life

and you have to share with us. Like, what would you link? What is giving you life?

First of all, just to set the tone, my air pod just fell out of my ear while we were recording.

So I don't know, I can't hear anything, but I'm here now. Okay. Hi, I'm Becky Thompson. Can you hear me? Hi, I'm Becky. And I live in the

middle of nowhere, Oklahoma, with my husband, Jared. We've been married 18 or 19 years. I can't

remember. And our three kids, my oldest is 15, then 14, then 10. And I run this online

ministry with my mom called the Midnight Mom Devotional. It was a ministry that I started a decade,

almost a decade ago. And I was up in the middle of the night with my own little kids, my oldest,

my youngest was just born. And I was already like

blogging, having had like a little online presence. But man, I was up in the middle of the night

and I felt like all of the mamas that were following me at that time were up in the middle of the

night too. And we were all doom scrolling. But since it was a decade ago, no one called it that.
