Now I want you to understand war crimes because people throw this around a lot.

And I want you to understand why it's so clear that war crimes are being committed right now by Vladimir Putin, by the Russian troops, by this nation that not only should we be obviously condemning and stop buying their oil, but this President shouldn't have to even think twice about admitting that war crimes are happening.

Now in 1949 the Geneva Convention ratified by all of the member states of the United Nations about war crimes and protocols also international humanitarian law treaties.

And they did this because they wanted there to be a same level of acceptance by the world on what war crimes would be to hold leaders accountable when they kill innocent people when they didn't have when they clearly were targeting I should say innocent people and they did it in a way that was not related directly to the war.

People understand and war that when there's militaries fighting one another or people that are shooting at you that shooting back at them is one thing but when you purposely target innocent people women and children to try to take out a government or to just indiscriminately kill people to try to take over a nation by carpet bombing them.
