What's up my beauty? How are you today? Oh, I just got back in from Mexico last night.

Glenn and I were in Port of Iarta last week and soaking up some sunshine and swimming in the

beautiful, beautiful water there. And now I am back and in it it and so much of my plane ride back was

reading the welcome packets for the women who are in the own your throne program that

starts the time of this recording tomorrow June 29th uh links in the bio if you want to join us

and the reason I want to do a podcast today is

I just want you to know how amazing you are whether or not you are a person who I actually

read your packet I know at this point in my 20 year career I've read enough welcome packets

to know that you're amazing. Women are amazing.

What you have lived through, what you've overcome, what you've witnessed, what you've experienced.

It's just like, oh my goodness. And yet we're still getting up and we're still putting a smile on our face and we're still

finding joy in our heart and we're still looking for our breakthrough and being available

for the bigger life and I know you know what you've been through.

I don't know if you realize how amazing you are.

And if you could just understand,

there's not a woman in the world who hasn't been through it also.

Her thing, something more similar than you could imagine.

I mean, the amount of trauma, abuse, church hurt, legal issues, abandonment, neglect, addiction,

it's just, you know, human beings are very hurting people and hurting people hurt others.

And I know trauma is a word that's, you know, used so much in the entrepreneurial space right now.

However you want to label it, here's what i know for sure you can heal it you can heal it you can become so much stronger from it and you deserve you deserve the complete in total healing
