I know how it feels. Okay, ready? This is a question from Jeremy, our podcast editor. And he

wants to know, would you rather have an ingrown toenail or no toenail?

Okay, I've never had either, but I have witnessed the unmitigated horror of someone losing,

not just a toenail. My husband lost both of his big toenails at the same time. And let me tell,

okay, this is disgusting. I'm just going to launch right into this. He pulled, okay. So they

started to fall off, right? So the first thing he did was he literally slid a needle in

to like relieve the pressure. And then he pulled them out like they were like loose teeth.

And then so for like two months, we just called them his toe sockets where he had no toenails.

So that was as bad as it can, I'm sorry, you're getting really sorry. I don't want to

have this disgusting. It's really, really gross. So having seen that, I'm inclined to say

I'd rather have an ingrown toenail, but I feel like I feel like pulling your toenail

all together. That would be more painful initially, but it depends how long your toenail

was ingrown for. Because let's say that it's like, oh, you have a year of an ingrown toenail.

Well, then I just rip it out and be done with it. What about you? But can you rip out an

ingrown toenail? Is another point that you have to go get see someone? I don't. Well, I mean,

I think you're supposed to. I think you're not supposed to do it with an unparalleled pair

of tweezers the way Michael said. So officially we're making a recommendation. Go see your doctor

if you're in that situation. Yeah, I think I think Jeremy would have to because if it's a when

you rather, he can set his own parameters for like, no, you have to deal, you have to run
