I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything. The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims get validation and the Narcissists get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone

1:46.1	Not all avoidance are narcissists, but narcissists do tend to have an avoided attachment style
1:51.4	and they can masquerade as having a secure, having a secure attachment
1:56.5	style or even pretend to having an anxious attachment style just to get you sucked in just to suck you in and whatnot.
2:04.1	But typically they're going to have an avoiding attachment style which means typically means that they are going to be
2:10.3	averse to emotional closeness but they want the physical part.
2:15.0	They want you physically there, but they still want their independence.
2:18.8	They still want to have you there just in case they change their mind.
