A lot of close people in my life lost a really dear friend to us a week ago

who really loved cricket and listened to TellEnders from the very start

and came to the test match special and they had a photo with Matt Schinn

who was absolutely buzzing about it and really crick it really was his life.

And it's hard to know even what to say about it, because it's quite new.

But he loved this show and he was always really...

When I was starting doing this show, I was like,

I don't know why I'm doing a loosely cricket-based podcast man, what's going on?

And he'd always say, like, no, this is the best thing, this is so fun,

you should keep doing this.

So yeah, just wanting to say, like, massive go-alts of Matt really,

and just send love to his family to Jeff and Linda and Becca.

And Lizzie, yeah, just say, thinking of them all.

And the really beautiful thing was that even a week until he died,

he was sending the messages, all the time-voiced messages,

about the test series in India and he had opinions about how the top six should be batting

and all this kind of thing.
