We are at war, and if you'll be honest, as we're coming to the end of the year, some of us can say that there was a war on your hope, on your peace, on your perspective, on your joy, on your health, on your family, on your finances.

Anybody was at war this year?

Yeah.

And this is not a season where we can take for granted what God has given us in an opportunity

whenever there is warfare.

So for me, I always get excited about warfare because I love gaining ground over the enemy.

And there are so many times where we don't oftentimes identify the opportunity that God has

gifted us through trials and tribulations and tests and turmoil.

So the goal here today is to illuminate some pathways that we can realign with our purpose because one thing

that the enemy has been warring against is our purpose not just from an individualistic perspective

but even the corporate body warring against our purpose one of the greatest tricks that the

enemy pulled off in the garden was not just to get Adam and Eve to seek out knowledge and power and to be like God, even though they were already like God, because man was created in his image and his likeness.

Isn't it crazy how the enemy would tempt you with something that you already got?

Not only did he want them to seek out knowledge and power, but he wanted to thwart their idea of what their purpose was.

When God created man and placed him in the garden, he said, listen, be fruitful, be multiply, replenish the earth, so do it and have dominion.

But that was not man's purpose.

When he placed him in the garden, he gave him authority and the multiplication and the advancement

and the dominion was not his purpose.

It was a byproduct of his purpose, which was a relationship.

But isn't it crazy how people can get into relationship with you, start getting benefits

from you because of the access that they

have to you and start prioritizing the rewards over the relationship.
