He says, whatever you sow, that's what you're going to reap.

Don't think you're going to be able to sow one set of things and then reap a different harvest.

And he, of course, in the context, he's making the point, don't think you're going to live in sin and end up in righteousness.

Well, sometimes God will let you off the hook.

You make a bad decision or a mistake, and God covers you in grace.

But don't mistake his mercy for apathy. He cares deeply. He's watching intently. And he has set certain spiritual laws in

place, for example, the law of sewing and reaping. If you sow seeds of continual willful

disobedience, you will no doubt reap consequences.

But as you'll see today, God has a better way to live.
