What happens when we die?

It's a question people have been asking since the beginning of time, but sometimes stories

like the ones we're about to hear provide clues for willing to pay attention.

Today we have two stories and we'll begin with footprints, followed by a story we called

Walking in the Dark.

Today we'll begin with Roger's True Scary Story.

So, my name is Roger.

I grew up in the Philippines.

I moved to the US 13 years ago.

I was around 23 when I migrated.

I spent my childhood and early adulthood back home.

In the Philippines, a lot of people were leaving ghosts, mythical creatures, spirits.

My very first memory was when I was seven years old.

When I used to live in a town called Wunke Ngubo City, which is in the Metro Manila

area, I remember our house being huge, but as a child, everything is bigger than us.

I remember having a big living room that led to the kitchen and stairs that went up

to the second floor with two big bedrooms.

My parents would creep on their bed and me and my two younger brothers and grandma would

sleep on the floor in the same bedroom.

And this is pretty much a cultural thing where extended families could still be living

with you.
