You come in to the Christian life by believing in Jesus Christ. It's a heavy emphasis on grace

through faith alone, not of any works. But then the emphasis on grace tends to go to the background because we're afraid

that people might sin. They might go on and sin, the kind of the Roman 6-1 experience.

We help explain the dangers of footnoting grace and where grace really should be in the believer's

Justin, you've got cultural update. Yeah, hey, John, what's going on? So in my world,

there are a couple of big things that are happening this week, one more important than the other.

The first update from me is that my oldest child, my oldest son started kindergarten yesterday morning.

So this is a big thing in the life of a young person, big thing in the life of our family.

So we're getting used to the new morning rhythms and the routines.

And he's got to wear a uniform to school, which is real.

So trying to get his shorts right now because it's warm, but then he's like buttoned down

shirt and a little clip on tie and getting all that stuff situated the right way, making

sure that we don't get a bunch of like food on it or anything like that before he gets out
