Welcome to Phoenix Football Manager, episode 8.

David Haig sold Leeds United to Red Ball. They've rebranded the club.

He's the chairman there. They've taken over our spot in the championship with Jesse Marsh as the manager.

We are at the helm of the Leeds United Phoenix Club, which is starting in the conference north,

tier six of the English game, playing at our new home ground heading Lee in North Leeds.

Our chairman and boss is Eddie Gray. The five of us who do the

podcast are unified within the name of our manager, Arcadia, Brendan Chisholm, which is an

anagram of our names, Chris, Dan, Dean, Michael and Rob. We are a multilingual English coach with

plenty of experience. We started with half a million quid in the bank, but an empty squad.

So we recruited a load of Italian kids from the free agent market, mainly because the cheap,

supplemented by some experienced heads, including Andy Gray, Archie and Harry's dad. And the season is now underway. We are into the season proper with at least one victory under our belts.

Let's not talk about the draw that followed, but that's about

where we are,

ready to kick off.
