after we talked on Friday show. The Eagles made a trade for a wide receiver, Dantavian Wix. So let's get into that

and see what kind of message this is starting to send for the Philadelphia Eagles. Adam,

welcome. How are you? I'm good. Michael, hope you're doing well. We know who the Sixers are

going to play, Orlando in the playoffs. So we've got that behind us, and let's get right to the Wix Trade. So a couple things here. We did a really cool pot with Greg Kosell, who Greg works for us. Everybody knows who he is. And we did a quick one. It's up on our podcast and platform. The YouTube version will be up later today, but Greg breaks him down.

He actually, I remember, we did a pre-draft show in 2023, and Greg loved him for that draft,

come out of a Virginia.

So there's what I'm told.

I'll throw in something that Jeff had in our regular pie, which we already put up, all platforms at 6am Eastern.

But what I gather on the situation

talking to multiple people I trust, he just really fits what they want in a receiver

for the future in the system and the West Coast system, which is not fast. He ran a 462

at the combine. That hurt him.

He far-up his pro-dating too much better at 4-5-8, but the tape tells you he's a run-after-the-catch, good route-running, good-size receiver just under 6-2. Long strider, good route-runner, but you need a scheme of open. There's a lot to like about this player. Some would say he's been given a wonderful opportunity more than once with the Packers and kind of is underachieved. Hands have to be better. Ryan McAfee that he goes to the tenants, Coach Alps, he was with him as well. Charmanyan, that's a big reason. But Jeff had a really good nugget, and this matters, to play that Hallie Roseman really liked. I don't know who Jeff talked to, but it's awfully someone who would have known who probably would have been in the draft room

then when he was drafted in 23, so whatever, whoever it may be, whatever information

Jeff got, that stuff matters to me, because we've talked a lot about it on our nine years.

Howie, whether it's the draft, a trade, or free agent signing, how he likes to add players. He really, really likes not just likes by scheme. There's something they like about this player. Now, Mike, it's interesting. You know, they've extended his contract. He has just, he's owed on a just four million this

season, which is going to make 12.5 in total cash in 27. The tier cash total is just over 17 million.

That is not backup money. It's not great starter money, but that tells you he's going to have a

role right away. Right. And obviously, you know, if A.J. Brown is not part of the equation this season.

They had signed Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore.
