Jeff 40, I'm already fired up,

as you were able to see during the like 30 seconds that we talked to each other before the podcast started.

I'm already mad. I watch the condensed game of from Saturdays lost to Iowa and I am pissed off Jeff Woody.

I'm pissed off. I you know what I can feel that I'm I

wouldn't say that I'm pissed off I'm still more disappointed slash frustrated

but I think this is also a qualifying negative emotions

as saying that we've been here before.

And I think the recency bias says this is the worst, this is the biggest, you know, whatever

negative superlative you want to put in front of it.

Last year, around this time, Iowa State got beat by 17 to Louisiana at home, and we were saying

almost exactly the same thing.

So, and I mean, even down to the thing, so you had sent me a thing that John Miller, who's a big Hawkeye guy for those that are on Twitter.

And I haven't been in three years, but I think even then so it's just kind of instigating slash I don't know speak you

whatever so anyway one of the things he's gotten much better I will say in

John's defense he has gotten much better about not being an instigator, but this particular take I did not agree with.

So what he was saying was that that Iowa State fans should be offended or disappointed or feeling frustrated that the coaching staff gave up on them by pulling

really Brock and Breece. I think we can lump them both together by pulling Brock and Breece in the fourth quarter and feeling like you've been given up on.

Even that talking point is the same as it was last year against Louisiana.

Let me rewind the clock 12 months.
