The Carl Chevrolet Studios are a little bit warm today, as it is now above 50.

They are quite warm.

It is, yeah, it is really hot in here.

It's a building that has not adjusted to the fact that it is almost feeling like spring to

summer it's not quite summer but I mean it's 70 something have you seen the
