Summary

How often are you getting sick? Do you feel inflamed or feel like you pick up every bug your kids or grandkids bring home? We’ve entered into the cold and flu season, with the added challenge of Covid thrown into the mix. As nutritionists, we believe it is critical during this time to have a steady stream of nutrients going into your body as a preventative measure.
