people obviously January always have resolutions.

New Year's resolution.

Obviously there's a ton of them.

There's some very common ones that I think always kind of go back to health, right?

Like people want to lose weight, be healthier.

Stop smoking, stop drinking or maybe

you're one of those people that's like I just need to add stuff it yeah

he's help and I'm not say it like there's obviously people out there that want to bulk up and

need that and they want to add weight.

But also some people, you might not have anything wrong with you.

You're just like, you know, there's skinny people who also have poor diets. Yeah, that is correct.

So you might just be like, hey, I gotta start eating an apple a day.

You're working on the job.

Because the doctor keeps texting me, sending me messages. But this list is more about, hey, what's the food that knocks everyone

off their New Year's diets? All right. All right. All right. First one out of the gate. We all love it.
