Last night, I actually made mac and cheese in my instant pot.

And it was so easy to do.

I just hauled out my instant pot, put it in a box of elbow noodles

with some chicken broth, put it on high pressure for six minutes, opened it up, threw in some

cheese, some sour cream, oh my gosh, to die for. Now, of course, we can't eat that all the time.

I had like one itsy-bitsy taste. Ian calls it a polite bite.
